This episode begins with Craig Price, whose 1989 murders of several innocent citizens of Rhode Island influenced the state's justice system to change sentencing laws for teenagers. Later, four Indiana teen girls who murdered a 78-year old Bible studies teacher in 1985, which included the youngest person to be sentenced to death in Indiana, Paula Cooper, who ended up eligible parole and was released from prison in 2013. Plus, a discussion on how child abuse is the leading factor in juvenile violence and also how minorities and low income groups are more at risk.
