You Asked For It
An episode of an eclectic U.S. television show. Segments include an abacus vs a modern adding machine, secrets of phony mediums, Calypso Joe and Coco Te perform, and Gorgeous George performing card tricks. Also included are the original commercials for Skippy peanut butter. The date is per a search of vintage Los Angeles newspapers, with the episode airing at later dates via kinescope in other cities. This particular episode aired on DuMont, with the show moving to ABC in late 1951. Re-upload with hopefully improved picture and sound quality. I've been going through my old DVD collection, and came across the disc.
