You Asked For It
An episode of an eclectic U.S. television series. Segments in this episode include the tallest man in America, a man building an igloo (well, not really), the largest star sapphire in the world, singer Arthur Lee Simpkins, a guy handling a snake, footage of silent film stars, and a log rolling contest. Also featured are the original commercials for Skippy peanut butter. The date is per a search of Los Angeles newspapers. This particular episode aired on the DuMont Network, with the show moving to ABC later in 1951. A re-upload with hopefully improved picture and sound quality. I've been going through my old DVD collection, and came across the disc.
