West Point
Arrogant and wise-cracking Brice Wayne enrolls at the United States Military Academy at West Point and adjusts to life as a plebe. He tries out for the plebe football team, where he excels and shows up the varsity team. However, his ego is unrivaled, especially in competition with upperclassman Bob Sperry. At the same time, Brice meets a local girl named Betty Channing who cheers for him at football practices.
From the archive
I've been researching newly public domain films from 1929 and earlier, so I'm uploading the best possible copies that I can find. An egotistical football player at a military academy must learn to be more humble after accidentally injuring his friend. He also meets a girl that makes him reconsider his actions. This picture stars Joan Crawford and William Haines, who were both solid box office draws at the time.
