''Four Star Playhouse''
Amusing episode of the popular 1950s half-hour anthology TV series. This episode stars David Niven as an eccentric Earl, and is a comedy episode set in England. It is based on a story by P. G. Wodehouse. It's interesting that the occasional comedy episodes of "Four Star Playhouse" did not use a laugh track, and indeed, David Niven said in a newspaper interview that he hated laugh tracks. This episode has also been shown under the series titles "Star Performance", "Golden Playhouse", "All Star Theater", and possibly others.
