Stump the Stars
An episode of a U.S. game show in which celebrities played charades with humorous phrases. Regulars Hans Conried, Beverly Garland, Ross Martin, Sebastian Cabot are joined by guests Sir Cedric Hardwicke, David Wayne, Gretchen Wyler, and Macdonald Carey. The show's set is designed to look like a swanky penthouse. Also featured are the original commercials for Chex breakfast cereals, along with the fee plugs. Hosted by Mike Stokey, most episodes of the show were produced in Los Angeles, but this episode was taped in New York City.
