''Stage 7''

An episode of the mid-1950s anthology series. Unfortunately the print is a bit dark. This episode aired 13 March 1955 at 9:30PM over CBS. It aired against "Life Begins at Eighty" on DuMont, "The Colgate Comedy Hour" on NBC, and "Stork Club" on ABC. It was preceded by "General Electric Theater" and followed by "Father Knows Best". That, of course, is assuming an area had four viable commercial stations. Many areas did not have this. Meanwhile, elsewhere in the world, this episode was shown 10 November 1959 at 2:30PM on TCN-9 in Sydney Australia, aired against "For Schools" on ABN-2 and "Let's Cook with Joan Carpenter" on ATN-7. It was preceded by "Wheel of Fortune" (no relation to the later show of that title) and followed by "Ford Television Theatre" (re-titled "Tuesday Matinee"). It may have also been shown in prime-time in the city during 1958....not sure on this. But is *was* shown on Melbourne Australia TV during 1958, on 9 July at 8:30PM, aired against "Faraway Look" on ABN-2 and "Harbor Command" on GTV-9. It was preceded on the schedule by "Ford Television Theater" (re-titled "Kraft TV Theatre") and followed by local talent show "Stairway to the Stars".
