From last week's episodes, Lily was amused when Gina told her the story of how she lent C.C.'s sperm from the sperm bank to achieve pregnancy. Then, Lily accused Gina of using the baby to return to the Capwell family. Meanwhile, Cruz was called on the carpet by his attorneys when he agreed to give Warren time to prove that he was innocent for shooting Mason. Later, a judge dismissed kidnapping charges againt Warren when Cassandra lied that she invited Warren to San Francisco, and said that he didn't kidnap her. Finally, C.C. went after Santana after learning that she wasn't involved with Mason. Begins shortly past the midway mark of the episode.
