Word is that Antonio is hiding out in northern China, in an area that is being terrorized by raiding gangs of Japanese bandits, and other criminal elements. We see Antonio walking down some train tracks, dragging a massive cross on his shoulder. Is that what missionaries do? Anyway, Ninja Master Gordon – Side Note: This is actually Ninja Master Harry, but he’s Ninja Master Gordon in this movie – is Antonio’s brother, and he gets word from one of his underlings that Ringo is free, and he’s coming to kill Antonio. Then the guy dies because he was hit with a Ringo throwing star, and everyone knows that Ringo poisons his throwing stars. Flash back to Antonio. He’s stopped the train by being in the way and convinces the operator to let him on board. A bunch of Japanese bandits attack a few minutes later, and Antonio is shot in the shoulder. He manages to escape and meets up with a kung fu healer by the name of Dragon. I should mention that the soundtrack playing over the action through this whole thing is the same one that was used in Deadly Hands. Antonio and Dragon travel the countryside, encountering trouble everywhere they go. Antonio is kind of sketchy, and he proves that by killing a bandit guy with his enormous crucifix and then robs him, then uses that money to gamble on dominoes... and he cheats. He also assaults and tries to kidnap a woman. Not a great guy. Ninja Master Gordon and Ringo’s lackey Ninja Steven meet on the battlefield. They do a little ninja magic and are suddenly in their ninja gear. OH BOY, these are the best ninja outfits yet. Very fancy. It turns out that Antonio and Dragon kidnapped the woman because she’s the mistress of Ishihara, the leader of the Japanese bandits, and Antonio wants to trade her for the treasure that their gang stole. The two take her to the Old City, which is a derelict and abandoned city which is currently inhabited by Ishihara’s gang. While Dragon and Antonio murder wave upon wave of bandit, Antonio even pulls a gatling gun out of his cross, Ninja Master Gordon is working his way up the chain of Ringo’s men. Every ninja battle starts with a magical costume change and ends with Gordon slowly pulling down his mask. The story ends, as ALL of these Godfrey Ho movies end, with Gordon and Ringo facing off in a ninja battle, complete with teleportation magic, colour smoke bombs, and a very abrupt THE END.
