Night Parade
Bobby Martin, a young middleweight champion boxer, is an honest and decent fighter. However, a dishonest but beautiful woman uses every trick to ensnare him.
From the archive
I've been researching newly public domain films from 1929 and earlier, so I'm uploading the best possible copies that I can find. Night Parade is an early boxing-themed drama that would have inspired other boxing talkies of the era. In modern views it is mostly forgotten, as none of the stars were icons of the era, and reviews and box office were average. It is notable for being one of the few films that lead Hugh Trevor acted in before his untimely death.
Why this is free to watch
Night Parade (1929) is hosted by the Internet Archive as a public-domain or openly licensed work, which means its copyright has expired, lapsed, or was released by the rights holder. The uploader declared an explicit licence, linked in the source panel. Nitrate streams the file directly from the Archive and hosts no video itself.
