Over the past several episodes, Edge managed to get the money to pay off Colton's mortgage after Decker told him that Ned was foreclosing the health club mortgage. Then, two men from Germany were out to get Edge, and then Monica felt suspicions when Dawn told her that Edge and Decker had launched a music business. Also, Bobbie admitted to Frisco that she burned Broxton's files on Lucas' adoption and parentage, while Frisco approved to see to it that Robert let Broxton off on a lesser sentence after Broxton told him where Dr. Perry was hiding. Finally, Alan was shocked when Lucy charged him with assault and caused the death of her stillborn child.
