From the archive
A Hollywood starlet (Gale Storm) becomes aware of a plot to steal her late father's searchlight filter plans. She joins forces with her friend Jimmy (John Shelton), who is working for the government. Together they manage to foil the Axis plot to obtain the blueprints so as to facilitate a planned Japanese bombing of Los Angeles. Gale Storm as Mitzi Mayo John Shelton as Jimmy Ivan Lebedeff as Okura George Travell as Nick Dancy Patsy Moran as Joan Collins Lyle Latell as Eddie McGurk Hans Schumm as Dr. Werner William Halligan as Bob Davis Kenneth Harlan as George McCall Paul Bryar as Jerry the bartender I colorized this using AI software that doesn't always get the colors right, but I think it looks fairly natural. Hopefully a more professional job will be done someday.
