If you didn't have cable to watch videos on TNN at the time, you may have caught The Country Express, which was a weekly country music video TV show that aired on PBS in the mid-to late 1980s in a limited number of cities. The 1986-87 season featued The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band as your hosts. Sponsored by Stroh's beer and based out of RCA Studio B in Nashville, this half-hour included the following segments: 1.
