Brian Henderson's Bandstand
A pop music show from Australia. Artists include Allison Durbin, Charade, Bobbie Turner, Roy, Lee Sanders, Kevin Todd, and Ann Hilton. The songs are lip-synced (and the audience is canned), and include covers of songs like "United We Stand", "A Man and a Woman", "You've Made Me So Very Happy" and "Mr. Walker It's All Over". Lots of great hair! A kinescope recording. Unfortunately the ads are gone, though it does contain plugs for Kays Rent-a-Car and Travel Lodge, as well as the closing logo for the Nine Network (there were four networks in Australia during 1970, at least in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane). I'm worried this will result in a copyright strike. To Nine Network, if you want this removed, let me know and I'll remove it.
