BP Super Show
An episode of an Australian television series. This episode features visiting American jazz singer Ella Fitzgerald performing at the Embers night club in Melbourne, backed by the Lou Levy Quartet. The episode was recorded in late 1960 and first broadcast on 14 January 1961. Produced by station GTV-9. Fun bonus: a link to a vintage newspaper TV guide featuring the broadcast. A kinescope recording which I ripped from a DVD. A single commercial is intact on the copy on the disc. I am worried this upload will result in a copyright strike.
