Bat (Gene Barry) journeys to Arizona to help his friend Shorty Keenan (King Donovan), whose small saloon is threatened by a rival gambling house owned by Big Keel Roberts (Robert Middleton), whose girlfriend (Jean Willes) turns out to be an old friend of Bat's. After several escalating clashes, including threats against Bat's dinner companion (Adele Mara), Roberts suggests that he and Bat play one hand of poker, with the winner gaining ownership of both establishments. The episode provides two possible endings, along with an introduction to Bat Masterson's history. I colorized this using AI software that doesn't always get the colors right, but I think it looks fairly natural. Hopefully a more professional job will be done someday.
