Over the last several shows, Cecily vowed that she'll marry Nico, or somebody else so she can receive her trust fund. Also, Jeremy and Marissa were kidnapped, being held by goons who work for Glendenning. Then, David escaped from Glendenning's thugs by jumping on a train with Delia (disguised as Melanie), who took him to a cabin owned by her adoptive mom, Hattie. Finally, Brooke went to confront Dixie and Adam, who were sharing a warm embrace in the boathouse.
