The Perry Como Show
Perry Como was on vacation, so Julius La Rosa is the guest-host for this episode. The following two episodes have also been uploaded. Songs include: "Tweedlee Dee" (La Rosa), "Melody Of Love" (La Rosa), "Song in Blue" (guest star Les Paul & Mary Ford), and "That Old Feeling" (La Rosa). Also included are the original commercials for Chesterfield cigarretes and L&M cigarettes, along with some unsubtle product placement. NOTE: As of 15 September 2015 the files have hopefully been improved.
Why this is free to watch
The Perry Como Show (1955) is hosted by the Internet Archive as a public-domain or openly licensed work, which means its copyright has expired, lapsed, or was released by the rights holder. No signup, no payment and no advertising interrupts playback. Nitrate streams the file directly from the Internet Archive and hosts no video itself.
