"Perils of the Jungle" (1927) was a silent serial, the footage from which producer Leuis Weiss combined with new sound footage of two guys in gorilla suits to create the infamous audience rip-off, "The White Gorilla." "The White Gorilla" is here at IA in the Feature Films Collection.
