MR ARKADIN production clips
Production clips and outtakes from the Orson Welles masterpiece that wasn't. Three authorized versions of "Mr Arkadin" are on DVD. If you decide to rent or buy one of them, be sure it is the so-called "Comprehensive Version" with a run time of 106 minutes. It is a facinating failure in which Welles tried to repeat the "Citizen Kane" formula, but centered it on a fictional and much less interesting character than Kane. Written and directed by Orson Welles Released in 1955
