Jimmy Durante Show
An episode which aired in October 1955.Pretty much typical Jimmy Durante, some good old fashioned song and dance, and shit kicking humor. An interesting but somber note. The guest on this show is Carmen Miranda. The show was recorded on August 3,1955.During taping,Carmen suffered a mild heart attack, but it wasnt detected as such at the time. She went on to complete the show. Two days later,on August 5th,she expired of a massive heart attack,at age 46.So the show didnt actually air until after her death.
