Bank employee assigned to tell Arizona rancher her property is no good gets suspicious when her foreman agrees. Turns out his banker boss and the foreman know there's silver on that property.

Ann tries to turn the ranch she inherited into a dairy farm, but everyone wants her to sell out - some because they know there is a rich vein of silver on the land, and some because they think she will not be able to succeed with the ranch.
