'Atom Heart Mother' offers a telling portrait of a certain type of educated, upper-middle-class urbanite and their hopes, dreams and uncertainties. On their way back from a wild party, Arineh (Taraneh Alidoosti) and Nobahar (Pegah Ahangarani) cause a car accident. A mysterious stranger by the name of Toofan offers to cover the costs. This won't be the last time they'll cross his path over the course of the night. Pitched somewhere between dream and reality, Ahmadzadeh's surreal, darkly funny and disturbing pic is an electrifyingly wacko tale of two party girls and their close encounter with someone who may or may not be the devil...
