''Four Star Playhouse''
Popular half-hour anthology series of the 1950s. This episode stars Charles Boyer and Paula Raymond. In this episode, Boyer portrays a plastic surgeon who meets a beautiful countess who wants him to do something horrible. Originally telecast 8:30PM on CBS on 29 April 1954. It was preceded on the schedule by "Meet Mr. McNutley," and followed by "Lux Video Theatre". The episode of "McNutley" has been uploaded by zigoto and can be seen by clicking this link. The "Lux" episode was titled "A Chair for a Lady", does anyone have it? For those who are interested, this episode aired against "Justice" on NBC, "Broadway to Hollywood" on DuMont, and "The Ray Bolger Show" on ABC. "Justice" and Bolger's series are both very rare (though the latter likely still exists and an episode can be viewed in this section), and I believe no footage exists of "Broadway to Hollywood".
