''Four Star Playhouse''
An episode of the popular anthology series "Four Star Playhouse". This episode stars David Niven as a man who refuses to have his kids go to regular school. It is a comedy-drama episode. I'd watch Niven in anything. He's always fun to watch. This episode aired on 7 October 1954 at 9:30 on most CBS stations. For example, in New York City this aired on WCBS, aired against "Ford Television Theater" on WNBT, a film ("The Courageous Mr. Penn") on WABD, "Kraft Television Theatre" on WABC, a thing called "Captured" on WOR, "Wrestling from Ridgewood Grove" on WPIX, and a western film on WATV. In Buffalo it aired on WBEN, aired against "Kraft Television Theater" on WBUF and "Ford Television Theater" on WGR. It was preceded by "Climax" and followed by "Public Defender". In Nashua, New Hampshire this aired at 10:00PM on Channel 7, aired against "Dragnet" on Channel 4 and "So You Want to Lead a Band" on Channel 9. I do not know their call signs! In Palm Beach, Florida this was repeated (or shown...I don't know) on 21 November 1963 at 7:30PM on WPTV, aired against "Equal Time" on WEAT-TV", and preceded on WPTV by "Call the Doctor" and followed by "Tropical Hootenanny". In Philadelphia it was repeated on 29 January 1959 on WCAU-TV at 3:00PM, aired against "Young Doctor Malone" on WRCV-TV and "Beat the Clock" on WFIL-TV. On the WCAU schedule it was preceded by "House Party" and followed by "The Verdict is Yours".
