''Four Star Playhouse''
An episode of the popular 1950s half-hour anthology series. Starring Dick Powell & Beverly Washburn. Dick Powell plays a man who writes crap TV shows, and who meets a young girl (Beverly Washburn) on a train. This episode originally aired 12 April 1956. This episode aired at 9:30PM on CBS, and aired against "Ford Television Theatre" on NBC and "Down You Go" on ABC (the latter series is largely lost). DuMont had already gone kaboom by then (its flagship station showed wrestling in that time-slot)
