Felix Flim Flam Films
7m480p
Felix and his nephews/nieces (?) sons/daughters (?) decide to make their own movies. Hilarity (or a mild form of amusement) ensues. The primitive sound in this 1927 cartoon was probably added by Official Films in 1953 when they acquired the home movie and TV rights from Educational Film Exchange.
