Film events occur in the winter of 1942 in one of the regions of Russia occupied by fascists. In back of German armies the guerrilla group under command of former rural militiaman Ivan Lokotkova operates. In captivity to the fighter of group surrenders полиÑай and traitor Alexander Lazarev who is ready to expiate life change to the Native land if to it will believe.
