"BRIGADA SIETE's entry to this year's GEORGE PEABODY AWARDS dwells on the tragic accident that befell Cebu Pacific Flight 387. It is the country's worst air disaster and it exposed the painfully slow search and rescue operations. The psychiatric trauma suffered by the victims families may be irreparable. Three reports were made on this event to give viewers the whole picture. The other story depicts the sad fate that an OFW (overseas Filipino worker) suffered while working abroad. Most Filipinos have an OFW for a relative. But the story was given a twist when the OFW's mother claimed her daughter was dead, but then woke up. The other story is about the making of one historic film 'Jose Rizal', the Philippines' national hero."
