Not sure what this is, but it appears to be one of those syndicated filler drama TV shows, aired in an quarter-hour time-slot. Closing credits are missing. EDIT: I might be mistaken, but it appears that an article on page 4 of the 17 March 1951 edtion of "Billboard" (viewable on Google Books) suggests that this series was composed of pilots and previously-unaired series that aborted production after several episodes.
